Do you need to be there to sign for it?
No, if you're not home, the driver will leave it at your door or with your door man. We usually leave it up to the drivers unless you have specific instructions. Please provide specific instructions in your "Checkout Page". The delivery person will do their best to reach you at your home. If after a couple times they are unable to reach you, they will drop your package off at your doorstep or leave it with a building manager.
We only ship within the contiguous 50 United States at this time. Only Select International Countries are available for shipping.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your package at any time, at your convenience, 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week, directly in your account. If there are any issues regarding tracking your shipment, please contact customer support at support@myheadtotail.com. We will do our best to resolve any issues.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from myheadtotail.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Shipping & Processing
After orders have been placed, please allow up 2-3 business days (Monday-Saturday, Excluding Sunday) for order processing, handling, and packaging before shipment. After orders have been processed and tracking numbers are given, please allow any additional time for shipping, this may take up to 5 business days. International Orders may take longer depending on their destination.
