Our return policy is simple – if you are not 100% satisfied with your myheadtotail.com purchase, you can return it to us by mail. If you choose to return your items through our store location at 452 Palisade Avenue, Cliffside Park NJ 07010, you will only receive merchandise credit that can only be used at Head to Tail for merchandise only. If the particular item / product is not sold at our Head to Tail store Location, the said item / product must be returned through mail within 30 day of purchase.
Return by mail
Myheadtotail.com orders can be returned by mail within 30 days to our warehouse/fulfillment center. Please send us an email with your order number to get your return process started and provide us with the tracking number. A refund for an item will be issued once it has been received. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return of the product. In these situations, please note that we do not take ownership of the refunded item. Refunds for orders placed online using a third party banking application will be returned through the same method of payment. Example: If you purchased an order through your PayPal account and returned to the myheadtotail.com warehouse, the money will be applied back to your PayPal account. Merchandise credit will be emailed to the account owner. All and any Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All international sales are FINAL SALE, items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refunds. In the case of damaged, defective, or received the wrong items, please contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the items were damaged during transit, contact your shipping service provider for further resolutions. Once any item and or product leaves our facility, it is solely the responsibility of the Shipping provider.
