Free Returns to Store Return by Mail

Our return policy is simple – if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to any of our Head to Tail stores or to one of our Head to Tail warehouses.

Free Returns to Head to Tail Store

Your local Head to Tail store will gladly accept the return of your order within 60 days of the initial shipment date. Before returning merchandise to a Head to Tail store, print your receipt. Please have your order details handy. If you do not have a receipt, you will be issued a merchandise credit for the listed store price or allowed to exchange the product for something else. If you received an incorrect item or are requesting a refund of shipping charges due to a error, please contact Customer Service. Exchanges can be made at any Head to Tail store location. If exchanging for a different item, you will receive credit for the amount paid as listed on your "Returns to Store Receipt."

Return by mail orders can also be returned by mail within 60 days to our warehouse/fulfillment center. A refund for an item will be issued once it has been received. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return of the product. In these situations, please note that we do not take ownership of the refunded item. Refunds for orders placed online using your PayPal account and returned to a warehouse will be applied back to your PayPal account. Merchandise credit will be emailed to the account owner for returns made after 60 days to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Returns

All international sales are FINAL SALE, items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refunds. In the case of damaged, defective, or received the wrong items, please contact our customer support.
